P3s provide new alternative delivery mechanisms for financing and building large transportation and social infrastructure projects.

First, Dr. Sacks, working alongside a team of attorneys for over a year, re-wrote the Rent Stabilization Code, that guides rent relationships between owners and tenants for the city’s rent regulated housing stock, into plain English. Crew, Superintendent of Schools for Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the fourth largest school district in the United States with over 30,000 employees and 360,000 students. For the Consulate General of Greece, Renee Sacks Associates was retained to develop a national promotional program to feature Greek marble.
